At KAVU Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
